AdventHealth in Shawnee Mission, KS is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a PRN Day shift. You will evaluate, treat, and educate pediatric patients, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to support healing and development.

Applicants should hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with an active KS license (PT or PT-TEMP) and CPR/BLS certification. This role involves leadership of therapy staff and adherence to safety, quality, and patient-centered care standards.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent (preferred).
• Active Physical Therapist license or temporary license (PT-TEMP) in Kansas.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provides evaluations and re-evaluations using approved techniques and standards.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans with clear goals and frequency.
• Maintains accurate documentation and timely billing entries.
• Oversees PT assistants and rehab aides per regulations and standards.
• Participates in safety, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
