Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide physical therapy services to children.
• Prepare and maintain patient documentation and provider orders.
• Train patients, families, and staff; ensure safe, clean environment.
• Manage equipment and schedule; strive for high patient/family satisfaction.
• Coverage across outpatient rehab locations; potential inpatient training.
