Qualifications

• Must possess a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• In‑home and clinical setting experience required; pediatric experience preferred.
• Completion of AzEIP standards of practice for Early Interventionists within three years.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, assessments, and ongoing therapy for children.
• Work collaboratively with families and medical providers.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and planning.
