Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Experience with pediatric patients and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services based on physician prescriptions.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 33 visits.
• Develop and adjust plans of care for assigned patients.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and family.
• Participate in patient discharge planning and coordination of services.
