Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide pediatric physical therapy services from newborns through adolescence. You will evaluate, plan care, and treat using a range of modalities, aligning with family-centered goals.

The position requires an APTA-accredited degree, valid Arizona license (or compact rights), and current BLS. Pediatric specialty certification is preferred, with duties including supervision of staff and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the APTA. (Required)
• Pediatric experience preferred
• APTA pediatric specialty certification preferred
• Current Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy license or compact license required
• Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card required
• Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Provider required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients across neonatal to adolescent ages using prescribed modalities.
• Develop age-appropriate, measurable treatment plans in collaboration with families.
• Provide patient/family education to maximize home/community function and home program adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with department policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and direct assistive personnel and students as needed.
