Job summary
GREEN APPLE LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist or PTA to support pediatric clients in the Lavon, Nevada and Josephine areas. This part-time role is based in our DFW division and focuses on delivering high-quality home-health PT services.
You will perform comprehensive PT evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, create home exercise programs with caregivers, coordinate with other providers, and complete charting and paperwork while meeting agency standards.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license.
- Reliable and flexible with the ability to adjust priorities.
- Proficient with common workplace technology.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
- Create home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers.
- Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
- Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
- Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs.
- Adhere to agency policies and home-health pediatric PT regulations.
