North Texas Therapy & Home Care in Carrollton, TX seeks a licensed pediatric physical therapist to provide skilled services in patients aged 0–21 in home or daytime facilities, 2+ visits per week, per physician orders.

The role involves evaluating impairment levels, interpreting data, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, educating staff and families, and potentially supervising assistants. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; TX driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Qualificações

• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Texas.
• Graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Pediatrics experience required; new grads need 6 weeks pediatric OT exposure.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Valid auto insurance and driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled physical therapy in the home or daytime facility for patients aged 0–21, 2+ visits per week per physician orders.
• Assess degree and type of impairment using appropriate tests.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate goals and interventions.
• Plan and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Certified Physical Therapy Assistants.
