Job summary

PYG Therapy is hiring Pediatric Physical Therapists to provide home-based therapy across Arizona. A current Arizona PT or DPT license, CPR, AHCCCS ID, and Article 9 certification are required.

You will evaluate children, create treatment plans, deliver one-on-one sessions, coach families on exercises, and coordinate with physicians and the therapy team. A flexible, patient-centered role with strong team support awaits.

Qualifications

• Arizona PT or DPT license required and CPR certification.
• AHCCCS ID and Article 9 certification.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
