Leaps and Bounds Pediatric Therapy in Norco/Corona is seeking a licensed Certified Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. We provide pediatric PT, OT, and speech in traditional clinics and on horseback through hippotherapy; join a collaborative, growth-minded practice that values inclusiveness and positive impact.

You will assess evaluations, design treatment plans, guide patients in exercises and use assistive devices, document care, and contribute to discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.
• DPT or equivalent professional degree preferred.
• Experience in pediatric therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret evaluations to plan physical therapy treatment in consultation with physicians or by prescription.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and supervise assistants; instruct patients in exercises.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and the use of assistive devices.
• Document patient care in charts and maintain confidentiality.
• Engage in discharge planning and collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of therapy.
