Qualifications

• 2+ years pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with deficits in gross motor skills, gait, balance, strength, endurance and functional mobility.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessments and clinical observations.
• Prioritize clinical problems, set family-centered goals, and develop treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
• Ensure safety during interventions and maintain patient well-being.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team and provide clinical education.
