Family of Kidz in Hawthorne, NY seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist (DPT) for a flexible schedule, offering part-time engagement. The role emphasizes designing and implementing therapeutic interventions for children on caseload, with ongoing communication to coordinators and families.

You will administer evaluations, maintain attendance and billing logs, and collaborate with teachers, BCBAs and related professionals to support CPSE/CSE meetings and progress reporting.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License (DPT).
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement creative individual therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with coordinators and Hawthorne Director
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule for assigned students
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
• Collaborate with other professionals including BCBAs, Special Educators, Behavior Technicians, and other Related Service Providers

Location: Hawthorne, NY- Center Based

Status: Fee for Service

Compensation: $90-$110/hour

**Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition, the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.**
