This flexible position offers full‑time or part-time options with compensation ranging from $72,000 to $90,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or qualifying degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current South Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Knowledge of pediatric rehabilitation, motor development, and developmental milestones.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a growing pediatric therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and creating individualized care plans.
• Providing engaging, evidence-based treatment tailored to each child's developmental needs and goals.
• Addressing gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and motor control.
• Supporting developmental milestones and functional mobility to enhance everyday participation.
• Educating parents and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and home exercise programs.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and staying current with pediatric rehabilitation practices.
• Bringing creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to every therapy session.
