Job summary

TKC Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to assess, diagnose, and treat children from birth to 21 years old at The Kidz Club (TKC). You will develop individualized plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate families.

The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN hours with on-site scheduling and a pay rate starting at $40+ per hour, with potential increases. Excellent collaboration with physicians and other therapists is expected, along with maintaining documentation and

Qualifications

• Master's or doctorate in physical therapy and state licensure.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication with clients and families.
• HIPAA compliance and ethics are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose developmental, congenital, neurological, and MSK disorders for ages birth to 21.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions and optimize mobility, strength, and endurance.
• Complete all documentation in a timely and thorough manner.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on carry-over strategies for home."
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current in the field.
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards.
