Qualifications

• Must have NYS Licensed Physical Therapist
• 1–2 years of experience with children birth–5 preferred
• Fluency in a language other than English a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services to children from birth to 21 years in various settings (homes, clinics, community)
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies
• Follow individualized therapy plans and document progress
• Prepare progress reports and maintain records with HIPAA compliance
