Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from four‑year college or university.
• Must hold or obtain an Arkansas State License to practice physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Reviews social history, medical and therapy records to determine needs.
• Interviews individual/caregiver to discuss needs and establish goals.
• Administers tests and evaluations to determine functional level and potential.
• Completes evaluations, documentation and billing within timelines.
• Develops treatment plan from evaluation results and team input.
• Conducts individual and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintains confidentiality of client information and adheres to HIPAA.

Education
