Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a California physical therapy license and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Candidate should demonstrate pediatric experience and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• CPR certification and clear background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy in a clinical setting or center-based program.
• Collaborate with other professionals and therapists.
• Manage a varied caseload for children 0–18 with diverse diagnoses.
• Adhere to Momentum’s policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet departmental needs.
