Job summary

TheraCare is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Early Intervention to provide services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings across Queens. You will assess, treat, and collaborate with families to support gross motor development and IFSP goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling and a rate of $68.00–$73.00 per hour, with ongoing CEU support and clinical supervision to ensure professional growth and service quality.

Qualifications

• Licensed NYS Physical Therapist with current registration.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience in pediatrics or early childhood preferred.
• Strong understanding of motor development and family-centered practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services to infants and toddlers (0–3) in home/community settings.
• Develop and implement IFSP-aligned treatment plans.
• Educate families with home activities to support progress.
• Document services and maintain accurate records per NYC EI standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IFSP meetings.
• Travel across assigned boroughs with flexible scheduling.
