Job summary

Ivy Health’s pediatric team is hiring an Early Intervention Pediatric Physical Therapist. You’ll work with children birth to age three and their families using a coaching model, delivering services in home, daycare, or community settings.

This per-visit role offers 5–19 hours per week with potential to grow to part time or full time. You’ll join a culture focused on authenticity, inclusion, growth, and exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• At least one year of experience working as a Pediatric Physical Therapist with children ages 5 years and younger.
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing).

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy for children birth to age 3 and coach families to support skills at home.
• Deliver services in natural settings (home, daycare, community).
• Manage per-visit caseload with potential for part-time/full-time growth.
• Collaborate with a pediatric therapy team to support patient goals.

Pediatric Physical Therapist, Early Intervention

As an Early Intervention Physical Therapist, you can make a positive impact on children and families! Teammates work directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model to empower the parents to be the ones who provide the support needed and techniques to help their child succeed and achieve their goals. Services are provided in the child's natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting. This is a per visit position (5-19 hours per week) with the opportunity to build to part time or potentially full time depending on need, flexibility, etc.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Program




• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
