We work with children who are experiencing developmental delays or being treated for a variety of medical conditions, such as cerebral palsy or muscular dystrophy, as well as injuries.

State-of-the-art, personalized therapy.Mary Bridge Children’s Therapy Services is one of 19Neurodevelopmental Centers across the state of Washington. This designation is reserved for organizations that deliver the highest quality of therapy to children with neuromuscular or developmental disorders. Our Therapy Services team, featuring more than 125 specialists, providesoccupational therapy ,physical therapy ,speech-language therapy ,audiology , feeding support , assistive technology , as well asorthotics and prosthetics .

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $47.76 - $72.39 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
