Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Idaho Physical Therapist License or ability to obtain.
• National Credentialing Board Certification or recent graduate in process of obtaining certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides Physical Therapy services to pediatric clients and initiates referrals as appropriate.
• Evaluates clients to gather data for treatment planning and implements plans.
• Develops treatment plans with short and long-term goals.
• Coordinates the treatment plan and provides copies for family and professionals.
• Documents assessment results, progress, and termination of services.
• Instructs clients and families in PT procedures and home programs for carryover.
• Maintains standards of practice and productivity guidelines.
