Job summary

Pediatric Therapy Network seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic services in home and community settings across Illinois. This full-time, salaried role supports young children and families with a playful, family-centered approach.

Candidates must have an accredited degree in physical therapy, an active IL license, and a willingness to obtain Early Intervention Certification. A car is essential for travel between families.

Pediatric Therapy Network (PTN) exists to deliver highly skilled therapeutic support to young children and families in their homes and communities so that all children can fully participate in the joys of childhood. Position Requirements

• Education: Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
