Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide individualized, family-centered physical therapy for children from infancy through adolescence. You will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, conducting evaluations, planning care, and monitoring progress across developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and motor-related conditions.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, engaging therapies, and close education of parents and caregivers.

Qualifications

  • DPT or equivalent degree required.
  • Current Washington State PT license or eligibility.
  • Interest/experience in pediatric therapy essential.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with families.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide PT interventions to improve strength, balance, coordination and mobility.
  • Treat conditions including developmental delays and cerebral palsy.
  • Deliver age-appropriate, evidence-based therapy.
  • Educate families on home programs and strategies.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with OTs, SLPs and other clinicians.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide individualized, family-centered physical therapy services to children from infancy through adolescence.

The therapist will work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team and provide evaluation, treatment, care planning, and progress monitoring for pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and motor-related conditions..

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait, and motor development.
  • Treat children with developmental delays, torticollis, hypotonia, cerebral palsy, genetic syndromes, orthopedic conditions, and other diagnoses.
  • Provide age-appropriate, engaging, and evidence-based therapy.
  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers regarding home programs and treatment strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in a family-centered and team-based approach to patient care.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
  • Current Washington State Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Pediatric physical therapy experience preferred.
  • Strong interest in working with infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
