Job summary

Optimum is partnering with facilities located one hour from Chicago, Illinois, seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join their team in outpatient and inpatient settings.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8a–5p with 1-2 holidays and 8 weekends per year, patient volume 10-15 per day, pediatrics population, and opportunities to work with residents; must be board-certified and receive full benefits with tail malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Pediatric patient population experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up appointments, new evaluations, consults and perform procedures.
• Coordinate care with residents and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage case types including spine, stroke rehab and MSK rehab.
