Qualifications

• Quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Three to five years of experience preferred.
• Pediatric phlebotomy experience required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong customer focus and ability to communicate openly with patients and staff.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions (e.g., Glucola) according to training.
• Verify orders using lab systems or directory of services.
• Complete data entry for patient registration and test orders.
• Enter billing information when required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing).
• Assist with inventory and clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and training records.
• Follow applicable policies and safety procedures.
• Travel to Territory Manager meetings if required.
• Participate in special projects and stay updated with communications.
