Job summary

You will maintain inventory systems, set par levels, coordinate recalls, and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, selecting alternatives during shortages, and ensuring 340B and regulatory compliance while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business admin or logistics.
• Experience working in a pharmacy environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory management systems, set par levels and reorder points.
• Coordinate recalls and identify recalled items purchased.
• Create and manage purchase orders; resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Identify product alternatives when primary sources are unavailable.
• Ensure 340B purchasing compliance and track related documents.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting purchasing and tracking.
