WakeMed is seeking a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. You will review physician orders, dispense medications for children, and serve as the go-to source of drug information for the care team, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timeliness.

This role emphasizes pediatric pharmacotherapy expertise, collaboration with clinicians, and commitment to high-quality patient care within WakeMed’s pediatric services.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• No prior experience required.

• Dispense medications for pediatric patients.
• Provide drug information to the care team.
