Baystate Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician to assist Registered Nurses in direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, and supporting bedside procedures. The role involves multi-skills on the unit, equipment management, and assisting in examinations and treatments as directed.

Ideal candidates will be able to read/write in English, stay composed under moderate to high stress, and have CNA/BLS credentials or training. Non-graduate education is acceptable for consideration.

Responsabilidades

• Provides age-appropriate care to patients.
• Monitors vital signs and records measurements.
• Assists with treatments and procedures per policy.
