Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care in collaboration with the RN and family.
• Collaborate with multiple RNs to prioritize workload based on patient/family needs.
• Identify patient/family response to care and provide input to the RN for care plan modifications.
• Maintain accountability for personal development and contribute to others’ development.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, professional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Contribute to achieving hospital/unit goals.
