Job summary

CHOC Children's in Orange, CA seeks experienced pediatric pre-op/PACU RNs for the Clinical Nurse PD AC role. The nurse plans and delivers family-centered care, using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with families and the care team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of acute pediatric nursing experience, BSN, and current CA RN license with ACLS/BLS/PALS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• RN licensure in California.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver family-centered patient care using the nursing process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on clinical standards.
