Job summary

Responsibilities

• One-on-one patient monitoring every 15 minutes (Phase 1).
• One-on-one or one RN to four patients in step-down monitoring (Phase 2).
• Coordinate with anesthesiologists for medication orders and signouts.
• Note discharge orders, wound issues, and radiology orders with surgeons.
