You will provide well-child visits, sick visits, vaccines, and chronic disease management, while maintaining EMR accuracy and delivering family education. Open to experienced providers or new graduates, with strong mentorship and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Active NY State PA or NP license (or immediate eligibility).
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Arabic, Urdu, or Uzbek is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care (well-child visits, sick visits, annual physicals).
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Administer vaccinations and provide preventive care counseling.
• Perform blood draws for all age groups.
