Job summary

Pediatric Specialty Care is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) specializing in Pediatrics to join a highly collaborative care team. You will provide comprehensive assessments and care planning for medically complex children, supported by physicians, nurses, and rehab staff.

You will engage families, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while advancing your pediatric expertise in a dedicated setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current PA license in Pennsylvania.
• Current NCCPA certification (PA-C).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Must meet PA state collaborative/supervisory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive and focused physical examinations and clinical assessments.
• Evaluate acute and chronic conditions and monitor patient status.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with licensure and protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and communication with families.
