Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Directs rehab staff and supervises students and volunteers.
• Evaluates patients and creates care plans with modalities and exercises.
• Gathers data from medical records and uses it to guide care.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, discharge plans, and charges.
• Re-evaluates patients and adjusts goals as status changes.
• Communicates evaluation results to physicians and coordinates schedules and discharge.
