Job summary

Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Team on a PRN basis at the Wolfson Nemours Clinic downtown.

The ideal candidate will have pediatric outpatient evaluation experience and be flexible to work weekdays during high census periods and holiday rotations, with strong EMR documentation and teamwork across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (MS or MA) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of pediatric outpatients with various diagnoses.
• Provide extensive patient/family education and support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team and other staff.
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation and time management in a fast-paced setting.
