Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adapts care plans as needed.
• Promotes safety and supports a culture of safety.
• Maintains timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed.
• Provide care appropriate to age-specific needs in the department.
