Job summary

Reid Health seeks an Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist on a PRN basis to evaluate and treat children, improve function, and educate patients and families. You will supervise PTAs and assist in coordinating care within the Rehab-Peds team.

Licensed PTs in Indiana are required; Ohio licensure is needed if assigned to Ohio locations. BLS certification is required as part of ongoing patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or DPT degree or ACTA accredited program.
• Indiana licensure to practice PT; Ohio license if assigned.
• Basic Life support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient using diagnostic, prognostic, and functional assessments.
• Re-evaluate patient status and adjust plan of care as needed.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab staff; document and communicate progress.
• Discharge planning and collaboration with referring physicians and care team.
