• Interprets physician referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Establishes and implements a plan of care based on evaluation and goals; monitors outcomes and adjusts treatments.
• Completes documentation per department policy; records patient care and scheduling; ensures billing and coding accuracy.
• Communicates with physicians and team members to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Supervises staff as needed and contributes to performance improvement activities.
