Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification is required.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC are required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Promotes wellness, restores health, and supports end-of-life care.
• Serves as a clinical resource by precepting new hires.
• Assesses patients and applies evidence-based nursing practice to develop individualized care plans.
• Demonstrates competency to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served.
• Delegates tasks and duties to healthcare team members as needed.
