Job summary

Community Health Network in Indiana is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for our Stones Crossing clinic. You will evaluate, plan, and provide therapy for pediatric patients, including fine motor delay, sensory processing, handwriting, and object manipulation, in a safe, collaborative environment.

The role requires a BS in OT, a valid Indiana license or temporary permit, outpatient pediatric experience preferred, and strong communication with staff, families, and physicians.

Qualifications

• BS degree from an accredited OT program.
• Valid Indiana OT license or temporary permit.
• Experience in outpatient pediatric settings preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy/physiology and current OT techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, families and physicians.
