Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide direct therapy in school-based and clinic settings. You will collaborate with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support student success.

Ideal candidates have pediatric and school-based experience, hold or be eligible for a California OT license, and possess a Master’s or Doctorate in OT. Ongoing professional development and mentorship are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience required; school experience preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for California OT license.
• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
