Job summary

United Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Certified, Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric OT services in the home setting for children aged 0-3 years. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible schedule and a requirement for reliable travel in New Jersey.

The OT will evaluate needs, administer therapy, complete assessments, and maintain detailed notes and progress reports. Play-Based Therapy is a key component of the therapy plan.

Qualifications

• Certified, licensed occupational therapist with NJ licensure.
• Independent contractor (1099) status.
• Ability to perform home visits for pediatric clients.
• Driver’s license and insured vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children’s OT needs during home visits.
• Provide therapy, assessment and reassessment to children.
• Document daily session notes and track progress.
• Review progress reports and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct evaluations and complete treatment plans.
• Deliver Play-Based Therapy to support development.
