Job summary

H2 Health Kids in Lubbock, TX seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in pediatrics. Earn $42–$45/hour with sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include evaluations, individualized plans, and collaboration with PT/SLP. Includes play-based therapy, family-centered care, and EMR documentation in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• OT: Degree from ACOTE-accredited OT program and active state license (or eligibility).
• COTA: Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OTA program and active state license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and self-regulation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, SLP, etc.).
• Implement treatment plans under OT supervision (COTA).
• Document care accurately in EMR and communicate progress to families.
