Job summary

Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children’s outpatient pediatric rehabilitation team is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat children with varying abilities, using everyday activities to develop daily living skills.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy, active Florida OT license (or temporary permit acceptable) and BLS certification. Two years of outpatient pediatric experience preferred. Day shift, full-time, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.
• Florida OT license (current or temporary permit acceptable).
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and collects data from patient, family, and care team.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy to improve daily living and functional skills.
• Documents patient progress and ensures accurate billing and compliance.
