Job description

Aloha Speech & Development Center is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) and/or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Simi Valley, CA.

If you’re passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to thrive, we’d love to meet you.

At Aloha, we believe therapists do their best work when they have the time, space, support, and autonomy to provide meaningful, individualized care—not simply move through a packed caseload.

Why OTs love working at Aloha:

  • Manageable pediatric caseloads with individualized 1:1 treatment
  • Dedicated OT treatment space and access to a fully equipped sensory gym
  • Opportunities to address sensory processing, fine-motor skills, self-care/ADLs, regulation, and developmental needs
  • Flexible scheduling with paid documentation and administrative time
  • Ongoing mentorship, collaboration, and professional support
  • CEU support and employee benefits
  • Close collaboration with SLPs, Early Intervention providers, and other pediatric professionals
  • Opportunities for leadership, program development, and helping shape our growing OT department
  • Potential for a consistent, year-round position
  • Opportunities to provide services across in-clinic, in-home, and telehealth settings, based on client needs and therapist availability

We are a warm, collaborative pediatric private practice where therapists are encouraged to bring their ideas, creativity, clinical strengths, and individual treatment style to the team. Whether you’re an experienced pediatric therapist or looking to continue building your pediatric expertise with support and mentorship, we’re excited to connect with clinicians who value high-quality, family-centered care.
