Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current NC OT License or eligible to obtain license.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• New grads welcome to apply and mentored.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care, and functional independence.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support developmental goals.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and professional standards.
