Job summary

Charm City Therapy, a Maryland-based pediatric multidisciplinary therapy center, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home and itinerant therapy for children birth through kindergarten. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized programs to support daily activities and developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assessments to evaluate motor, sensory, cognitive, and emotional development.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with family involvement.
• Provide home and itinerant therapy services across settings.
• Educate families and caregivers on therapy goals and home activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and document progress and discharge summaries.
