Job summary

Skills on the Hill LLC, with locations in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC, seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our OT leadership team. This leadership role could be a supervisor or clinical manager, depending on fit.

The position blends clinical work (roughly 80%) with leadership duties (roughly 20%), allowing continued hands-on patient care while mentoring the team. We emphasize clinician wellbeing, lower caseloads, real mentorship, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Virginia and/or DC (or eligible)
• 5+ years of pediatric OT experience
• Degree in OT from accredited program and NBCOT certification
• Preferable supervisory/leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a portion of our OT clinicians
• Participate in OT hiring, interviews, and onboarding
• Develop discipline-specific resources and assessment libraries
• Collaborate with OT leaders and other department leads on initiatives
• Contribute to OT marketing and new programming
