Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current state OT license or eligible.
• CPR certification and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of care and comply with state practice acts and supervision rules.
• Collaborate with physicians to set patient goals and plan therapy frequency and duration.
• Lead and supervise OT care within regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver individualized treatments and complete documentation.
• Contribute to new program design and protocol improvements with manager approval.
• Stay current with OT research and apply evidence-based practice.
