Job summary

Blue Bird Day, LLC in Wheaton, IL seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a therapeutic preschool and kindergarten program for children ages 2–7 with ASD, ADHD, and sensory needs. Clinic-based, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM with no evenings or weekends.

We offer a total compensation package valued between $88,000–$105,000 and annual salary $72,000–$85,000, plus benefits, PTO/holidays, CEU reimbursements, and leadership opportunities within the department.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree of Occupational Therapy.
• Active Illinois Licensed Occupational Therapist license through IDFPR.
• Experience providing PT services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences.

Responsibilities

• Providing individualized therapy and therapeutic rotations.
• Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers.
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care.
