Hopebridge is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a clinician-founded, mission-driven team delivering progressive and compassionate care to children with diverse needs. You will participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and build individualized treatment plans within a supportive culture.

The role emphasizes growth, ongoing learning, and balanced caseloads with flexible professional development opportunities, including CEUs, mentorship, and a structured onboarding plan.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current OT license and AOTA registration in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy tailored to each child.
• Collaborate with ABA, Speech, and Psychology to integrate care plans.
• Guide and support caregivers and staff.
• Participate in IEP development and implementation.
• Mentor and supervise OT students and support team development.
